    Is this true? How could you not include inactive clients billed during the year (before being made inactive) and not appear in the calculation of YTD income? If they're omitted, the total is wrong, so this needs to be fixed ASAP!!

    I agree that we need a non-expiring link. In fact, there should be a generic, non-expiring link so that we can put it below our email signature for anyone to send a file securely.
