  1. The new "Files" update has overly complicated the format and added more friction. More difficult to navigate with x3 the clicks. It's less obvious when a client has uploaded files and more difficult to sort them. Overall, this update feels like a significant downgrade.

  2. I'm extremely frustrated about the fact that your client can't see the folders you create in their client portal unless you add files to it! We are trying to add 4 folders to the client portal and some we don't have files to add yet so it's not letting them see all the folders which is very frustrating! Can you please allow clients to see the folder as you make it? or as we create a folder allow us to make it visible right then?

  3. We believe YTD Revenue should include Clients marked as "Inactive" as their revenue still should still be considered without it affecting our Contact count. Also PY Comparison of Revenue would be nice to see you. Thank you!

  4. We have some clients who want their office managers to be able to send us certain reports each month. The individual does not need access to the portal and the client's personal information. If we could have the link sent once a month as a reminder for the reports that would be a huge time saver for us. The links expire in two weeks so there's no way to give them a link without expirations. A recurring secure upload link would be a game changer for us!

  5. When adding an expense to the invoice, be able to also include the note that is with the expense in the description line on the invoice , therefore making it easier for the client to know what that is for AND saving time by not having to duplicate what is already there

  6. I need a way to send an automated email once a task is completed to multiple emails at the client company. I have multiple clients with multiple people who need notifications, but at this time only the primary is able to receive these automated emails.

  8. This report is essential because our clients with recurring ACH payments receive a discount. If their payment status changes and a staff member turns off recurring payments but forgets the discount this causes billing issues and loss of income over time. Tracking and correcting this manually for over 190 clients is extremely challenging without a quick report.

    Even just a sort option in the client list would be great.

  9. When I notify a client upon uploading the files, the link to the file no longer works when I have reorganized the files into another folder. Please preserve the link even if the file is moved.

  10. We need the ability to schedule recurring reports for clients and tasks. Currently, if we want a monthly report on overdue tasks or a quarterly report with specific client information, there's no option to automate this. Implementing this feature would streamline a currently manual process, saving time and ensuring that we stay organized and up-to-date effortlessly.

  11. When I go to the task list it would be nice to see the primary client option available there as well so it can group the clients together with their Entity Name. For Example I would love to see this
    Status-Task Name-Client-Primary Client-Task Type-Assignee ect.

  15. Right now clients can choose to pay a partial amount on an invoice, this is effectively giving clients the ability to create a payment plan without authorization. We need a way to disable the partial pay option for invoices in the portal.

  19. When someone else schedules you to receive a liveboard email (e.g. hourly, daily, weekly, monthly), there is no "opt-out" function. I am able to see that someone else created a schedule that includes me, but I cannot edit it and remove myself. There is also no opt-out option on the email I receive.

  20. It would be extremely helpful if the upcoming Events section of a clients home screen be changed to show a LIST of the scheduled event items for that client instead of only showing events for 5 days.
