Expense Note as the Description Line in Invoice
When adding an expense to the invoice, be able to also include the note that is with the expense in the description line on the invoice , therefore making it easier for the client to know what that is for AND saving time by not having to duplicate what is already there

It would be useful to have a text-based "MEMO" field available (for internal reference only) when creating invoices so that a summary of the content can be easily identified/sorted by their content rather than just the invoice number and total.
Ex.: Inv # | Inv Date | MEMO | Total | Balance | Due Date | Status | Add Payment
