YTD Revenue Should Include Clients Marked "Inactive"
We believe YTD Revenue should include Clients marked as "Inactive" as their revenue still should still be considered without it affecting our Contact count. Also PY Comparison of Revenue would be nice to see you. Thank you!

Recurring Secure Upload Links (automated)
We have some clients who want their office managers to be able to send us certain reports each month. The individual does not need access to the portal and the client's personal information. If we could have the link sent once a month as a reminder for the reports that would be a huge time saver for us. The links expire in two weeks so there's no way to give them a link without expirations. A recurring secure upload link would be a game changer for us!

Billing
When adding an expense to the invoice, be able to also include the note that is with the expense in the description line on the invoice , therefore making it easier for the client to know what that is for AND saving time by not having to duplicate what is already there

Subfolder Arrows
If there are documents in a sub folder, make sure arrows and/or the box indicating there are documents shows up not only on the left side, but in the main box.

Preserve file link in client notification after I have reorganized file to another folder
When I notify a client upon uploading the files, the link to the file no longer works when I have reorganized the files into another folder. Please preserve the link even if the file is moved.

Add Primary Client Name to Task List
When I go to the task list it would be nice to see the primary client option available there as well so it can group the clients together with their Entity Name. For Example I would love to see this

Disable Partial Pay Option in Portal
Right now clients can choose to pay a partial amount on an invoice, this is effectively giving clients the ability to create a payment plan without authorization. We need a way to disable the partial pay option for invoices in the portal.

Archived tasks should not appear in the Insight reports
When pulling an insight report for tasks based on due dates, archived tasks should not appear. This creates a false illusion that a large percentage of tasks are not being completed.

Set-up recurring Tasks on specific days of the month
Being able to set recurring tasks start date on the first//second/last X day of the month.
A firm that works Tue-Wed-Thu, would like to be able to set the start day of their monthly recurring tasks on the first Tuesday of the month, or the last Wednesday of the month.

Allow us to toggle inactive/deleted employees on/off on the Time Entries screen.
On the time entries screen when we click the team member column to filter down, all deleted and inactive employee are still listed. I would like them to not display unless I toggle them on. We've been using Canopy for several years and have a larger firm, so the list of former employees in the dropdown is becoming long and cumbersome.

Client Home Screen View
It would be extremely helpful if the upcoming Events section of a clients home screen be changed to show a LIST of the scheduled event items for that client instead of only showing events for 5 days.

Tasks & Subtasks set up with service item
Need to be able to associate tasks and subtasks to a service item. If there was a way to set up a task to a service item that automatically flowed to the subtasks, that would be beneficial. When time is launched from the subtasks, service items currently are not being assigned. This would help track time and projects more efficiently.

Add Workspace Name to Email Notifications
Make it so that the name of the workspace is on the body of the email so we know which workspace that client pertains to. We manage multiple workspaces and received several notifications at a time. It can be difficult to differentiate which workspace the notification is coming from unless you know all the clients.

Allow the calendar to assign tasks for blocks of time, similar to UseMotion.com
It'd be nice to plan out my day using AI or being able to drag/drop active tasks to the calendar.
