  1. We need the ability to schedule recurring reports for clients and tasks. Currently, if we want a monthly report on overdue tasks or a quarterly report with specific client information, there's no option to automate this. Implementing this feature would streamline a currently manual process, saving time and ensuring that we stay organized and up-to-date effortlessly.

  2. This report is essential because our clients with recurring ACH payments receive a discount. If their payment status changes and a staff member turns off recurring payments but forgets the discount this causes billing issues and loss of income over time. Tracking and correcting this manually for over 190 clients is extremely challenging without a quick report.

    Even just a sort option in the client list would be great.
