    Include a report that will track the number of tax returns prepared. Specifically, including when the documents have been received from the client and when the return was completed and filed.

  2. New Report that Shows Task & Time Percentages

    Creating a new report like the "team Member Productivity showing:

    Hours Work/ Budget
    Total Task/Total Completed Task.

    That allows our firm to track better the work of my team members.
