Tasks and files
We're new to Canopy and one big issue getting setup is when you change a task either adding or deleting a task, it doesn't automatically update throughout the whole system, clients it's assigned to. It's such a hassle to go in and delete the old task so there's not two.
I also don't like the fact that a file system I setup for clients to upload into, can't be seen unless there's a document already uploaded. That defeats the purpose all the way around.
Some of our business clients do their own books so we don't already have necessary information. Not having the folders work correctly defeats the purpose of trying to have everything ready to go.
