Can you make the file preview in the new Files Interface Redesign quicker please? I work in Canopy to view files one at a time and the new interface just added a significant amount of time to my workflow.

Workload dashboard, sort it 2 ways by client in addition to by user
Would like to see tasks outstanding by client in addition to tasks outstanding by user. this will give us insight as to what clients are falling behind.

organizer assignee
Having the ability to update or add assignee to the Organizers. Also having the option to to clear an organizer with the option "Not Needed".

Allow the calendar to assign tasks for blocks of time, similar to UseMotion.com
It'd be nice to plan out my day using AI or being able to drag/drop active tasks to the calendar.

Make client name mandatory
We would like for our client names to be mandatory so that something doesn't accidentally get missed in billing.

New billing update is a HUGE downgrade
Taking away the ability to customize invoices on the quantity and rate lines is going to force us to have to find a new software management program. We have a 100ish clients and each client has different rates for each service. Some of our clients rates change with each new engagement letter and we can no longer customize the rates. Not allowing us to change the quantity (hours) if we go over hours on our contract and can't bill for them makes it very difficult. If we have to adjust the employee time to match it affects our payroll. Canopy…

Creating alert/automations to users/admin on approaching or exceeding client budget hours.
Implementing a system to notify bookkeepers to be more accountable and efficient with their time on tasks. As part of company processes and procedures, if a bookkeeper assesses and estimates that they will need more time from the original budget to complete a task, they should ask for approval. This system also provides management and administration with visibility to monitor overall budgets and make better estimates for future tasks.

Allow us to toggle inactive/deleted employees on/off on the Time Entries screen.
On the time entries screen when we click the team member column to filter down, all deleted and inactive employee are still listed. I would like them to not display unless I toggle them on. We've been using Canopy for several years and have a larger firm, so the list of former employees in the dropdown is becoming long and cumbersome.

Time viewing permission cross into Insights
If the permission "Team Member Saved Time" is disabled, team members will not be able to see other team member's time. However, they will see that time in detail and even drill down that data if they have access to Insights. Please have permission sets that hide other team member data cross into Insights to keep that data hidden.
