  2. We believe YTD Revenue should include Clients marked as "Inactive" as their revenue still should still be considered without it affecting our Contact count. Also PY Comparison of Revenue would be nice to see you. Thank you!

  3. We have some clients who want their office managers to be able to send us certain reports each month. The individual does not need access to the portal and the client's personal information. If we could have the link sent once a month as a reminder for the reports that would be a huge time saver for us. The links expire in two weeks so there's no way to give them a link without expirations. A recurring secure upload link would be a game changer for us!

  4. When adding an expense to the invoice, be able to also include the note that is with the expense in the description line on the invoice , therefore making it easier for the client to know what that is for AND saving time by not having to duplicate what is already there

  5. When someone else schedules you to receive a liveboard email (e.g. hourly, daily, weekly, monthly), there is no "opt-out" function. I am able to see that someone else created a schedule that includes me, but I cannot edit it and remove myself. There is also no opt-out option on the email I receive.
