  3. When I go to the task list it would be nice to see the primary client option available there as well so it can group the clients together with their Entity Name. For Example I would love to see this
    Status-Task Name-Client-Primary Client-Task Type-Assignee ect.

  10. We need the ability to schedule recurring reports for clients and tasks. Currently, if we want a monthly report on overdue tasks or a quarterly report with specific client information, there's no option to automate this. Implementing this feature would streamline a currently manual process, saving time and ensuring that we stay organized and up-to-date effortlessly.

  11. Taking away the ability to customize invoices on the quantity and rate lines is going to force us to have to find a new software management program. We have a 100ish clients and each client has different rates for each service. Some of our clients rates change with each new engagement letter and we can no longer customize the rates. Not allowing us to change the quantity (hours) if we go over hours on our contract and can't bill for them makes it very difficult.   12. Implementing a system to notify bookkeepers to be more accountable and efficient with their time on tasks. As part of company processes and procedures, if a bookkeeper assesses and estimates that they will need more time from the original budget to complete a task, they should ask for approval. This system also provides management and administration with visibility to monitor overall budgets and make better estimates for future tasks.

  13. Right now clients can choose to pay a partial amount on an invoice, this is effectively giving clients the ability to create a payment plan without authorization. We need a way to disable the partial pay option for invoices in the portal.

  14. On the time entries screen when we click the team member column to filter down, all deleted and inactive employee are still listed. I would like them to not display unless I toggle them on. We've been using Canopy for several years and have a larger firm, so the list of former employees in the dropdown is becoming long and cumbersome.

  15. It would be extremely helpful if the upcoming Events section of a clients home screen be changed to show a LIST of the scheduled event items for that client instead of only showing events for 5 days.

  16. If the permission "Team Member Saved Time" is disabled, team members will not be able to see other team member's time. However, they will see that time in detail and even drill down that data if they have access to Insights. Please have permission sets that hide other team member data cross into Insights to keep that data hidden.

  17. I'm extremely frustrated about the fact that your client can't see the folders you create in their client portal unless you add files to it! We are trying to add 4 folders to the client portal and some we don't have files to add yet so it's not letting them see all the folders which is very frustrating! Can you please allow clients to see the folder as you make it? or as we create a folder allow us to make it visible right then?

  18. I need a way to send an automated email once a task is completed to multiple emails at the client company. I have multiple clients with multiple people who need notifications, but at this time only the primary is able to receive these automated emails.

  20. The new "Files" update has overly complicated the format and added more friction. More difficult to navigate with x3 the clicks. It's less obvious when a client has uploaded files and more difficult to sort them. Overall, this update feels like a significant downgrade.
